Using external reference URL of this kind
* [^http://moin.sourceforge.net/ MoinMoin Sourceforge Homepage - in new window]
doesn´t open new URL in new window. Icon which usually describes it is also missing (look picture below)

Could it be that image was not in release 1.2 package?
