Test Cleanup
To fix the issue regarding 'refreshed backend' one idea is to initialize new apps in the setup methods of tests wherever required. I tried with a few and it works pretty well. Though this is not a very good idea. As suggested by my mentor, the tests should cleanup. This problem won't be occurring if the tests cleanup i.e. all the newly created items etc are removed. Need to work on test cleanup.
