Balanced 2
3-column, CMS-type layout, partly from scratch, but has many elements taken from Balanced 1, modern, classic and the Skidoo layout. The content of the side columns currently has to be put in by hand or from static HTML attachments, but the plan is to parse it from wiki pages (hence the v0.5). Download: balanced2-0.5.zip

Help needed: Because I will use this mainly for CMS-type deployments, I have removed all the edit and navigation links (some navigation links will appear in the sidebars). But I obviously want logged-in users to be able to edit. I'd prefer all the edit functions to appear in the sidebar or at the bottom in a distinct frame and only when logged in. That way, you can see exactly what the site will look like for logged-out users even when logged in. I'm sure that's easy for someone who knows the code. (the modern-CMS theme does not quite have the functionality I'm looking for.)
Theme switching: I'd also like to add the ability to switch themes (or just CSS), like here. The ThemesMacro is nice, but it needs to stay switched when you move to a different page, and the links must be embeded in the header or footer.
