For developing and debugging, I run a MoinMoin in the IDE Eclipse with the Python-Plugin PyDev .

FindAndReplace action like the function in word processing-software
in progress SaveMailTo: Outputs from the given email an image to disable spam robots.
Replaces AT, DOT and DASH, strips blanks and ALLUPPERCASE words.
done ClearCache: If the content of a page depend on other pages (like EventCalendar), on every new or deleted event, you have to refresh the cache of the depended page.
Now, the idea is, a macro how clear the cache on depended pages if the current page is saved. in progress This macro create an clickable icon on the page content. On clicking the image, an menu opens. By selecting an other icon at the menu, the clicked image would be changed. It can be used for todo-lists
