MonthCalendar
A modified version of Oliver Graf's version of MonthCalender. You should test it with style leftsidebar2, replacing its screen.css with the one below, to see the effect of the changes I made.

Changes from Oliver Graf's version:
- The colour scheme is consistent in columns: blanc cells under Saturday/Sunday have the same colour as the labels and days of those columns.
Cell colours are now responsive to mouse-overs, just like the menu of style leftsidebar.
- In addition to bold font, used days are now marked by colour as well. This makes days with entries easier to spot.
Colour scheme in stylesheet adjusted to those in leftsidebar2.
Change number 1 is in MonthCalendar only.
Changes 2 and 3 are changes in both MonthCalendar and stylesheet. More different kinds of TD classes were required.
Change number 4 is stylesheet only. Similar changes could be made in other stylesheets, with a colour scheme appropriate for the stylesheet.
Support for i18n requires the English month names to be added.
I haven't made any changes to the copyright notices at the top of the file. I don't intend there to be three different versions of MonthCalendar. The changes I made are suggestion I hope will be included in an official version.
