  23 2016-01-06T20:02:32  <RogerHaase> bastianilso: look at HelpOnTables - one way would be to use the tableclass feature to put a unique class on a table, then put all your special content into the table, then add css to format as you wish. A bit messy, others have used tables to float the Table-Of-Contents to left or right, etc.
