I noticed that all of this behaviour is due to loading of previously serialized items "moin load --file contrib/serialized/items.moin". When I load them and then build the index the behaviour of newly created whoosh fields like SUMMARY, PTIME becomes unexpected. When I create new items starting with the empty index everything is going ok.
