Description
If you call [[UserPreferences(createonly)]] the "Repeat Password" field will have a hint "(Only when changing passwords)". This is wrong! If you only give one password, creating an account will fail.
Steps to reproduce
- Create new account in the form below
- leave "Repeat Password" blank
- Klick on "Create Account"
- You will get an error message "Passwords are not identical"

Of course you can argue that creating an account means changing the Password from nil to something,
