Description
Creating (or renaming) a page with a docbook content (#format docbook) will always end-up with an encoding error if the new page title contains an accentuated letter.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new page (with no accentuated letter in the title).
Add #format docbook on the first line.
- Paste a docbook document.
- Save the page.
- Rename the page with an accentuated letter.
- You get an encoding error.
- Remove the accentuated letter.
- The page is again shown correctly.
