Description
When embedding csv from a file using transclusion syntax
{{attachment:a.csv|my csv|quotechar="}}the parameters are not passed to the CSV parser (and thus have no effect)?
Steps to reproduce
Attach a CSV file as a.csv to a page:
a,b,c "1,2,3",4,5
Add to the page:
{{attachment:a.csv|my csv|quotechar="}}And quote char, nor any other CSV parameter given there, has no effect there.
