Description
The RSS feed with diff=1 fails to quote < and > characters which breaks the feed.
Steps to reproduce
Check the feed for http://moinmoin.wikiwikiweb.de/MoinDev/Storage?action=diff&rev2=16&rev1=15 with a rss feed reader or something (you may need to bump up the items to see this, right now it's #17.

Planet Planet fails to parse the feed like this:

Use diff=0.

Using diff=0 only gets me half the functionality I want though.
