Description
The HelpOnLinking syntax does not work with Quicklinks or navi_bar settings. [[SomePage|some Page|target="_blank"]]
[[http://google.com|google]] does work. The second | makes everything to text.

That's not quite a bug, rather a missing feature.
The code parsing the quicklinks is not the same as the code parsing the wiki links.
