I'm using MoinMoin as a simple CGI script -- and it has been awfully slow on a Athlon 1 GHz with 3/8 GB RAM. Then I applied moin--1.3--patch-85--performance.patch which reduced the request time from 2.4 seconds to 0.4. Now it's usable again.
