The javascript on moinmoin wiki and any other wiki that uses moimoin is not tagged with license. Not tagging free javascript is very harmful as people have to either run all javascript, including proprietary javascript or run no javascript at all which makes some websites less functional.

3. click the librejs icon
4. see what licenses don't have licenses.
