Vanishing hyphen in wikiname when Group suffix is used to create a page.

Don't use hyphens with Group suffix.
Discussion
Hyphens do work with non-group names, so moin normally treats it like a legal character. This bug (?) may reveal some inconsistent code between non-group and group page creation, and thereby help in the quest for the holy grai... I mean, perfect code.

ACLs can have -WhateverGroup:read,write - this is maybe the reason why we don't allow - there.
