This Wiki. I am using russian language in user preferences, but setting it to english doesn't change anything. Bug was present in 1.7.0 too.

Accept the situation.

That is no bug it is wanted. The problem is that line break on several browsers is broken. Only a real space makes it possible to get a linebreak. Perhaps we can try to hide this word break by some css magic.
