Description
This not quite a bug but there is some inconsistency with the email page subscription icon showed on a wiki page when mail is disabled. (Classic Theme)
While you could use the subscribePage function always if mail is enabled or not you can't remove the entry by clicking on the icon.
I would prefer the icon removed if mail isn't enabled by default or a test in subscribePage about mail notification is enabled.
