Visit a page such as http://master19.moinmo.in/HelpOnConfiguration, http://master18.moinmo.in/HelpOnConfiguration, or even HelpOnConfiguration.
- Scroll down to the "Users / User settings" section.
Notice that all the links to UserPreferences are broken. They create links like http://moinmo.in/%24%24%24%24i18n%24%24%24%24/UserPreferences
