PDFControl
Description
With HTML comments exist further control possibilities for HTMLDOC. The HTMLDOC documentation gives a nice overview about them.
To be able to add comments within the HTML document the PDFControl macro was developed.

Usage
The usage is simple. To create a new page write <<PDFControl(NEW PAGE)>> within your page. NEW PAGE will be written as <!-- NEW PAGE --> within the document. In other words, PDFControl create HTML comments with support for preview mode.
