I get the following errormessage when trying to connect to a jet database on an shared path

in english ... wrong/incorrect password. By the way it looks like the codepage is not ok in the databaseplugin...wherever i can change that. When i connect to the .mdb without a password it's all fine. Anyone an Idea? Is it possible to extend the plugin to support ADO?
For extending the macro to support ADO connections, have a look at http://adodbapi.sourceforge.net/. I didn't test it but suppose that it will work well. -- WolfgangFischer 2008-01-30 12:02:27
I got rid of the error 1905, my server was running unter the local system account in windows and microsoft access does not let that account log in to an database with a PW set. I hope ich can extend your plugin to ado... i'll come back when i encounter problems
