I run a small MoinMoin-based intranet wiki. I'm using an older version of MM, and thinking of upgrading to 1.5 or higher, mostly for the GUI editor. I also run a larger, MediaWiki-based intranet wiki. I'm considering moving this to MoinMoin, but I only recently used to MediaWiki, so I probably won't.
Hats off to the MoinMoin team for the new features in 1.5!
