2012-07-26 begin itemtype cleanup and ticket index
Just started to clean up the itemtype patch set (fixing bugs and adapting test cases) and work on the ticket index. Code has been pushed to my patch queue (https://bitbucket.org/xiaq/itemtype/) but not yet sent to cr.
Discussed with spy on irc and ThomasWaldmann on ticket system ep about the index view (+index) - how it could be enhanced to support blogs and tickets.
