I've used and setup Wikis at various companies over the last several years. So far I've got experience with JSPWiki, TWiki, and JotSpot.
I've setup MoinMoin for two internal Wiki sites, and done some customization. Thank goodness for Python. I like the ACL facilities - though I find the rules for creating links to other Wiki pages a little complex.

The issue with the complex and incomplete link syntax is known and will hopefully get fixed in moin 2.0 (formerly known as 1.4).

I'll look forward to the simplification. One of the things I'm considering is converting an existing Wiki to MoinMoin syntax - because of ACL, notification, and other facilities in MoinMoin.
