Today key points
1. Continued discussion on subscription and regexps problem. Decided on the solution. I have a clear TODO
2. Created MoinMoin/util/subscriptions.py. Started with tests. Wrote the test for test_get_users() and the function get_users() - it transforms results returned from the index to user objects.
Plans for tomorrow
1. Solve the testing issue with storing revisions and accessing those from the function.
2. Prepare for the weekly meeting.
3. Implement get_subscribers() and the test for it. Prepare a codereview.
