Description
When using moinmoin from the command line, the help command doesn't show the help pages.
(Also, executing moin with no arguments prints the whole help page, where it should just say: See 'moin --help' for more information).
Steps to reproduce
Execute:
moin --help
Example
% moin --help Usage: moin [command] [general options] command subcommand [specific options] moin: error: no such option: --help
