Describe the bug...
HelpOnAccessControlLists contains some links like [[#Configuration|site-wide configuration]], but the anchor is defined with <<Anchor(configuration)>>. Thus there is a case mismatch and the links don't work.
The Anchor should be <<Anchor(Configuration)>>.
Steps to reproduce
- Click either of the (see site-wide configuration below) links in section 1.1 or the (see above) link in section 7.

Edit the page and replace <<Anchor(configuration)>> with <<Anchor(Configuration)>>.
