Description
After a clean installation of 1.5.2 I was not able to use the GUI editor. After finishing or aborting the GUI the system returned a status 500 error.
The error log contained the message No module named converter.text_html_text_x_moin

Workaround
Manually copy __init__.py from for example \parser to ...\site-packages\MoinMoin\converter\__init__.py

Could somebody please check whether the file has been forgotten in the distribution?
Either your untgz tool or the archive you downloaded is defective. The 1.5.2 archive has a converter/init.py. It is 0 bytes though (but that is no problem, file presence is enough).
We got a report today that someone downloaded a defective 1.5.2 archive from the Mesh Sourceforge Mirror.
