Description
The default CategoryTemplate includes a FullSearch() macro which triggers a UnicodeDecodeError on a maintainer's name.
Steps to reproduce
Add
to a page and save.UnicodeDecodeError traceback results.

Upgrage to latest package.

There is no bug here, LocalSpellingWords page use wrong encoding in some Debian packages. Upgrade to the last fixed package.
